At Venum, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and equipment shows no signs of wear from training or competition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective shipping container, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
